The work of travel agencies involves using a wide range of reservation systems: hotel, car rental, airline, railway, ferry, and others. Many of them do not offer interfaces that allow data to be retrieved in a structured format, which makes it necessary to manually enter data into mid-office and financial/accounting systems.

Our universal parser — a tool for automatic content recognition and interpretation — enables the automated retrieval of data from numerous sources and its automatic import into eKNF or, upon request, export to other mid-office systems. We currently recognize and support over 100 different ticket, booking, and confirmation formats!
